Archer Hotel Redmond

Great experience staying at the Archer hotel. The boutique design and comfortable, modern rooms made for a stylish and relaxing experience, and the location right by Redmond Town Center was super convenient for dining and shopping. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the amenities - from the indoor pool to the lively bar area - added extra value. Additional touches like - in room slippers, robes, free water bottles and filling station at the lobby made it special.

The location and room were great. Service was not good at the lobby bar/kitchen area the couple times I tried going for food and drinks. The brunette server was kind but she never came around to take my order or give water so I went up to the bar and the blonde woman bartender was able to quickly take my order and make a solid drink. This happened more than once during my stay, I get that it's a hotel lobby but if I'm seated I would rather not have to get up and go to the bar to order after waiting so long.

Sharon provided exceptional service during our visit to the Archer Hotel — she was friendly, attentive, and made sure every detail of our meal was perfect. Went for breakfast (wasn’t staying at the hotel). Our server, Sharon, deserves 5* but my brisket hash was very greasy and rather tasteless. The omelette looked good and it’s nice to have fruit offered as an alternative to potatoes and toast without an additional fee (and the fruit is plentiful).

Great hotel. New, clean. Comfortable fresh beds. Super clean. I’m picky when it comes to hotels. This is a real 4 star. It’s quiet. I mean it all you want a hotel to be. Free coffee all day long. Free great coffee. Great little cafe downstairs: AKB Hotel Bar inside the Archer Hotel Seattle, and the highlight was easily the service from Sharon. She was personable, attentive, and made the space feel comfortable right away. Nothing felt rushed, and she checked in at just the right moments. Her attitude and care genuinely elevated my stay and turned a simple stop at the bar into a really pleasant experience. She’s the kind of server who leaves a lasting impression.

I stay here often—at least once or twice a month—and I don’t stay anywhere else when I’m in Redmond. It’s consistently clean, which is a top priority for me. There’s also a young woman at the front desk, I believe her name is Thailand, who always welcomes me with a smile and makes each stay feel genuinely warm. I appreciate the entire staff. Please pass along my compliments to them for a job well done.

it's a truly nice hotel. The location is a huge plus: it's situated right in the Town Center, giving you easy access to all the shops and restaurants. The only downside during my stay was that the elevator was broken, which led to some waiting in the mornings when trying to leave, since everyone had to rely on a single elevator. Aside from that temporary inconvenience, everything was good, and I would recommend the hotel
